WARRANTY POLICY & TERMS CONDITIONS
Industry-Leading Massage Chair Warranty
At Good Massage Australia, every chair we sell is built to a high standard and backed by an equally high standard of after-sales support. While our massage chairs are made to last, we know that real peace of mind comes from knowing exactly what happens if something ever does go wrong — that’s why we’ve built our warranty program around fast, local, and genuinely comprehensive support.
Our customer service team and in-house trained technicians are here to make sure that if you ever need a repair, it’s handled quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption to you.
5-Year Protection Plan
3 Years Mechanical Warranty (Parts & Labour) + 2 Years Extended Labour Coverage
Every brand-new Good Massage massage chair comes with our 5-Year Protection Plan for private residential use in Australia.
The plan covers all mechanical parts and the labour required for eligible repairs during the first three years, followed by a further two years of labour coverage. Replacement parts required during Years 4–5 are payable by the customer, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty is provided by Good Massage PTY Ltd (“Good Massage”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Effective date: 1/6/2026
This policy applies to eligible purchases made on or after the effective date. Purchases made before this date remain subject to the warranty terms and any additional warranty promises provided at the time of purchase. This policy does not reduce those existing entitlements.
Eligibility and Warranty Period
The 5-Year Protection Plan:
- Applies only to massage chairs purchased brand new from Good Massage or an authorised Good Massage reseller in Australia.
- Covers the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another owner.
- Applies only to chairs purchased and used in Australia for private residential purposes.
- Does not apply to second-hand, ex-display, refurbished or auction purchases, or to chairs used for commercial, rental, leasing or hire purposes.
The warranty begins on the original purchase date shown on your invoice or receipt. Mechanical parts and labour coverage continues for three years from that date. Extended labour coverage then continues until the fifth anniversary of the original purchase date.
Please notify us of a fault as soon as reasonably possible and within the applicable warranty period to claim under this plan. Your statutory rights may continue beyond these periods.
What Is Covered
Years 1–3: Mechanical Warranty — Parts & Labour
For the first three years, this plan covers faults in all mechanical parts arising from defects in materials or workmanship under normal private residential use.
For an eligible claim, we will arrange assessment and repair through authorised Good Massage service personnel, including the mechanical replacement parts and labour required for the repair.
Years 4–5: Extended Labour Coverage
During the fourth and fifth years, we cover the labour required to repair eligible mechanical faults.
Replacement parts are not included during this extended period. If parts are required, we will provide a quotation and obtain your approval before proceeding with chargeable work.
Leather, Fabric and Cosmetic Materials
Leather, fabric, upholstery and other external or cosmetic materials are not covered by this voluntary protection plan, including manufacturing defects in those materials.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your chair needs a repair, you can:
Email us at info@goodmassage.com.au and include your invoice, full name, home address, product details, and a brief description of the issue, or
- Call or visit your local store with your invoice and/or product: +61 2 9163 8812
A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all warranty claims. In-warranty repairs are carried out subject to a validation check by our Service Centre.
In-Home Service and Travel Fees
Within Our 40km Service Areas
In-home service is available within a 40km radius of a Good Massage showroom in:
- Sydney
- Melbourne
- Adelaide
- Perth
- Brisbane
Within these service areas, technician call-out and travel are included for eligible warranty repairs throughout the five-year plan.
Parts and labour are included during Years 1–3. During Years 4–5, labour is included and replacement parts are payable by the customer.
Elsewhere in Australia
Outside this 40km radius, in-home servicing remains available elsewhere in Australia, with applicable technician call-out and travel fees payable by the customer.
Your location does not change the parts and labour coverage provided by this plan:
- Years 1–3: Mechanical parts and repair labour remain covered for eligible repairs. The only charge for an eligible on-site warranty repair is the applicable call-out/travel fee.
- Years 4–5: Repair labour remains covered. You pay the applicable call-out/travel fee and the cost of any replacement parts required.
We will confirm your service location and advise you of applicable charges before arranging a visit. Any chargeable work requires your approval.
How to Make a Claim
Contact our service team before arranging repairs or returning your chair:
Email: info@goodmassage.com.au
Phone: +61 2 9163 8812
Please provide:
- Your name, contact number and the address where the chair is located.
- Your invoice, receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
- The chair model and serial number, where available.
- A description of the fault, with photographs or video if helpful.
You may also contact your local Good Massage showroom for assistance.
Our service team will check your purchase details, assess the reported issue and explain the next steps. We may request further information or arrange an inspection to determine whether the fault is covered.
For a valid claim, we will arrange the repair or other appropriate remedy, having regard to this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Repair Arrangements and Timing
On-Site Repairs
Authorised service personnel will assess your chair and, where possible, complete the repair in your home. Appointments are subject to technician availability and our service schedule.
If further testing or workshop repair is required for an eligible warranty claim, Good Massage will arrange and cover the necessary collection and return transport. The parts and labour entitlements for the relevant warranty year continue to apply.
Carry-In Repairs
Where an item can reasonably be taken to a showroom or authorised service centre, we may arrange assessment there. Assessment is free for valid warranty claims, subject to the coverage and fee provisions above.
Please contact us before sending an item. We will confirm the appropriate service location, transport arrangements and any applicable costs.
Use the original packaging where available, or suitable protective packaging. Original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your statutory rights. Responsibility for any transport damage will be assessed according to its cause and applicable law.
Repair Timing and Replacement Parts
Repairs may take 7–10 working days, depending on your location, technician availability and the availability of parts. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion period. We will advise you of material delays.
Costs and Repairs Outside Cover
If an assessment or repair is not covered by this plan or your statutory rights, we will explain the applicable charges before proceeding.
A minimum assessment/service charge of $207.90 including GST ($189 plus GST) applies to non-covered assessments, whether conducted on-site or at a service centre. Once an agreed assessment has been carried out, this charge remains payable if you decline the repair quotation.
Any additional parts, labour or transport charges will be disclosed and require your approval before the work proceeds. Approved repair charges are payable on completion and, for workshop repairs, before collection.
If you incur an expense that Good Massage is responsible for paying under this policy or applicable law, email your proof of purchase, claim reference, receipts and a description of the expense to info@goodmassage.com.au. We will assess the expense and arrange reimbursement where payable.
Please contact us before incurring costs where practicable. This does not limit any statutory entitlement to recover reasonable expenses.

- Normal wear and tear, or routine cleaning, maintenance and replacement of worn consumable items.

Collection of Serviced Goods
We will notify you when your item is ready for collection. Please bring your service job sheet or suitable proof of identity and ownership.
Please collect your item promptly after notification. If it remains uncollected after 30 working days, we may commence the applicable uncollected-goods process. Any storage charges, sale or disposal will be subject to applicable law, including required notices and waiting periods.
